We love holding yoga teacher trainings in our hometown of Goa, India. We love inviting people to come and see where we live. Goa is a travellers paradise, it is a melting pot of all kinds of people from all over the world.

This course attracts those who want the adventure and the magic of travelling to India but want to feel protected and have access to similar comforts of home including a selection of different foods, western bathrooms, private rooms, lots and of tourist shopping!
Course Fees: 1750 USD (Earlybird 1650usd)
Deposit Amount: 500 USD (part of the total course fee, remaining 1150usd due two weeks before arrival)
This fee includes the whole program including yoga, asana, meditation, pranayama, teaching and theory classes. Breakfast and fresh coconuts on class days, on-going teacher support and one-on-one consultation with the lead trainer of your choice. Printed gift bag with incense, jala neti, mala beads from Rishikesh, course materials, writing materials, and 200+ page Ashtak Yoga School 200hour training manual. A signed Yoga Alliance accredited certificate upon completion of the course or participation certificate, one massage and one dolphin boat group trip on the Arabian Sea to interested students.
We include breakfast but not lunch, why? Students love the flexibility to do their own thing, meals in surrounding restaurants are only a few dollars each. Students enjoy dining with friends without spending much money!! Often students find a nice nearby cafe/restaurant to do some study and enjoy a smoothie, salad or go for a swim. Feedback and happiness of the students have been consistent. And if you are happy, we are happy!
Transfers: Once your travel plans are set, send through your arrival flight details to Goa International Airport. If you like I can send you a driver to be at the airport to pick you up and take you to us. The local cost is around 1700Rupees/$24USD. Please let me know and I will happily organise, this is the preferred option for most students.

7.50am – 8.00am Coconut break
8am – 10am Asana postures class
10am Breakfast (Provided)
11am – 1pm Morning theory workshop
3pm – 5.30pm Afternoon workshop
5.30pm – 6.30pm Asana & group discussion.
Saturdays finish 10am. Sundays, day off.
